Bethari Farms Policies and Procedures

These policies are designed to ensure that all rabbits are placed in responsible, loving homes and that the process for reservation, purchase, and care is clear for all parties. By reserving or purchasing a rabbit, buyers agree to the following terms.

1. Deposit and Reservation

A deposit is required to reserve a rabbit. Deposits become available once the litter reaches four weeks of age and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis according to waitlist communication. The deposit amount is $50 per rabbit.

Deposits secure a reservation but do not guarantee a specific pick-up date if the litter is not yet ready. All deposits are non-refundable. Buyers are welcome to visit the rabbits prior to reserving, but visits are not required.

Full payment is due at the time of pick-up.

2. Pricing

Our rabbits are priced at $200 without a pedigree or $225 with a pedigree. Pricing reflects the quality, care, and time invested into raising each rabbit.

3. Pick-Up

Rabbits are available for pick-up only after they reach eight weeks of age. All pick-ups must be scheduled in advance. Pick-up location is Mesa, Arizona.

4. Health Guarantee

Rabbits are sold in good health, eating well, and growing normally at the time of transfer. Routine illnesses, minor accidents, or normal growth-related issues are not covered under this guarantee.

Any health concerns should be reported to us promptly.

5. Return and Rehoming

If a buyer is unable to keep their rabbit, they may choose to rehome it themselves. Returning the rabbit to us is always an option; however, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Please note that no refunds will be given for rabbits returned to us.

6. Communication

All inquiries, questions, or concerns should be directed to us through the agreed-upon method of contact, such as email, phone, or text. We are happy to provide ongoing guidance and support to help ensure a smooth transition for your rabbit.

7. Additional Terms

We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion. All sales are subject to these policies unless otherwise stated in writing.

While every effort is made to accurately determine the sex of young rabbits, it can be challenging. By eight weeks, the sex is approximately 99% accurate but cannot be guaranteed with complete certainty.
